Dear Dave,
I would like to commend your employees, staff
and company for the recent service provided to our household. We
encountered a leak and our plumber referred us to a company in
our area who tried to be slick with words but not with
solutions. We contacted our insurance company AAA who referred
us to your company.
As a consumer, we just wanted the leak to get
fixed and had no idea what the problem was. It was a new world
we were exploring with the possibility of mold etc. and
appreciate you walking us through the process.
We were impressed with the men who came out
who gave us explanations for all that they were doing each step
of the way as well as the communication that was kept open.
The first scenario was frightening—that we
may have so much damage that we would have to tear the cupboards
and brand new granite out of the kitchen. As the work progressed
and the men worked, we were pleased that because of the correct
procedure and work done, we saved the cupboards and particularly
the granite and were able to have what was damaged replaced by a
finished carpenter.
Thanks for your attention to this matter and
efficiency although I do admit as times that going through the
holidays with this mess was not convenient. I am sure that there
was money saved by our insurance company, which in turn saved
us.
I would not hesitate to recommend your
company for work in the future.

Letter of Appreciation for
Steamatic
I appreciate
the team you sent to my home: Omar, Anthony, Barb, Marisela, and
couple others who had difficult names I can not remember. My
apologies, nonetheless, they were just as outstanding as the
others. They all worked in my home right before Christmas. The
thing I appreciated the most was their attitudes and warmth.
This really made me forget about my disaster. You can not pay
for this, but it is nice to have. In addition, they were
punctual and hardworking. I was amazed at the amount of work
they completed. They were focused, efficient, and organized.
They were wonderful and cheerful; but focused and professional.
I was pleased with their work and the overall experience of
working with them. Although, I was in the midst of restoring my
home, I felt a peace of mind and confidence in their work. Thank
you for sending an outstanding team.

came were efficient, polite, kind and reassuring. When the

DEAR STEAMATIC OF SAN FERNANDO
VALLEY,
I wanted to
write and share with you our experience.
On May 31st
05 we began remediation of our bathroom due to mold. Leonard and
Beto were just wonderful. They were here on time every day,
worked so very hard and made this difficult experience less
stressful than it could have been.
On July 18th,
05 it was again time to do mold remediation, this time on our
bedroom. We called Steamatic of San Fernando Valley and
requested they send Leonard and Beto once again if they were
available. We were not disappointed. They were able to fulfill
our request and once again Leonard and Beto did an outstanding
job. They were neat and clean as well as informative.
We can’t thank
Barbara enough for all her help in the coordination and
answering of questions as well as various other matters as this
was a homeowners association matter.
Cliff also was
helpful with concerns and other matters that needed attention.
You are the
greatest and we are so very pleased with the jobs you did for
us. We would recommend you any time for remediation.
